I love a quick, easy, bite-sized app, and these Cranberry Brie Bites check all the boxes! They come together in under 30 minutes and only require 4 ingredients – perfect for when you are entertaining this holiday season! There is something about the crispy phyllo dough shell mixed with the creamy brie cheese, tartness from the cranberry and crunch from the candied pecan that is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Tips & Substitutions

While this recipe is nearly fool-proof, here are a few things to consider as you make them!

  • One of the most frequently asked questions I received after sharing this recipe is where to find the phyllo dough cups - they are located in the freezer section at most large grocery store chains. I always grab mine from Cub Foods!
  • I find that it is easier to use the whole berry canned cranberries vs the jellied canned cranberry, but either will work just fine!
  • I love to use candied pecans for this recipe because I love the extra flavor it adds, but any type of pecan will work.
