If you are looking for a dip to bring to a party that will leave everyone scraping the bowl clean… this one is for you! This Fried Pickle Ranch Dip is made with ingredients like fresh dill, pickles, ranch seasoning, chives, Greek yogurt and whipped cream cheese, topped with crunchy & crispy panko breadcrumbs and served with wavy potato chips. It is the perfect amount of creaminess paired with the perfect amount of flavor and I just can’t get enough of it. As if it couldn’t get any better, it only takes 15 minutes from start to finish!

Tips & Substitutions

  • I find that using panko breadcrumbs rather than regular breadcrumbs provides better texture as they are slightly larger, but if you only have regular breadcrumbs on hand, that will work as well.
  • The creamy base of this dip includes plain Greek yogurt, which I prefer to use over sour cream because it is a bit lighter and also adds in some extra protein, but feel free to substitute the plain Greek yogurt for sour cream. Make sure that your plain Greek yogurt does not have any added sugar - my favorite brand is linked here!
  • Whipped cream cheese is also included in the creamy base of the dip. You can buy whipped cream cheese at most grocery stores, but if you can only find a block of cream cheese, bring it to room temperature and whip for about 20-30 seconds with a hand mixer.
  • You can find ranch seasoning powder in the dressing aisle at most grocery stores in bulk containers or individual packets. If you want to add some spice to this dip, use the spicy ranch seasoning powder!
  • My favorite pickles to use for this dip (and in general) are Claussen pickles - you can find them in the refrigerated section at most grocery stores!
  • My favorite way to serve this dip is with wavy potato chips! Feel free to use your chip, pretzel or cracker of choice.
