Jalapeno Popper Bites

Made with cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese and jalapeno, these Jalapeno Popper Bites are one of my most frequently made appetizers! I love that they are bite sized so they are great to serve for a group, they only require a handful of ingredients & they are absolutely delicious.

Tips & Substitutions

  • The base of these bites are phyllo dough shells, which you can find in the freezer section of the grocery store! I typically pick mine up at Cub Foods.
  • The filling is super simple - a block of cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, diced jalapeno & green onions!
  • My favorite, mess-free way to cook bacon is in the oven. Line a baking sheet with foil, then bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes!
  • These bites are best served immediately, but if you are reheating them, its best to reheat in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
