A creamy, cheesy, high-protein Pizza Dip that is sure to be a crowd pleaser! The base of this dip is a container of cottage cheese blended into a smooth consistency to give it an indulgent & creamy texture and taste while also sneaking in some protein. Serve this with some crostinis or garlic bread and your guests will be OBSESSED!

Tips & Substitutions

  • This recipe can easily be made vegetarian by omitting the pepperoni.
  • The base of this recipe is an ingredient that everyone has been loving the past few years - cottage cheese! This adds a ton of creaminess and protein to this recipe - my favorite brand to use is Old Home Foods! You will blend an entire container in a food processor or high speed blender to create a creamy consistency that is a cross between Greek yogurt and cream cheese.
  • After blending the cottage cheese, the hardest part of the recipe is over with! You will just top the cottage cheese mixture with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese and some seasoning & bake.
  • You can serve this dip with crostinis, bread crisps or even garlic bread!
